Service Description

Your first session is all about fact-finding. We’ll begin with a full discussion of your injury history before assessing your posture, movement, and gait, to establish the root cause of your symptoms. Time allowing, a short treatment and/or exercise advice will be given after the assessment. Following your appointment, you will receive a report (including relevant images we have taken) on where your movement restrictions lie, the impact and compensations resulting from this and a recommended plan of action.
