Service Description

Your first session is all about fact-finding. We’ll begin with a full discussion of your injury history before assessing your posture, movement, and gait. Following the appointment, I’ll carry out a detailed gait analysis using video footage from your session and provide clear feedback and a tailored plan of action at your next appointment. For the most accurate assessment, it’s helpful to be able to see the spine. Men are advised to wear just a pair of shorts, and women shorts/leggings with a sports bra. If you’d prefer more coverage (for comfort or religious reasons), please wear close-fitting clothing with contrasting colours on the top and bottom half.
